Annie Lesch

Annie Crosby Lesch began her coaching career as Alix Barrale's assistant for the 2000-01 season at Williams College.

She then went on to be the head coach of women's lacrosse at Connecticut College from 2001-05. She has coached high school for the past 20 years at Lower Merion High School (Pa.), Glenbrook South High School (Ill.) and Evanston Township High School (Ill.).

She was named the Rookie Coach of the Year in 2006 and Coach of the Year in 2013 by the Illinois High School Women's Lacrosse Association and the Great Lakes Regional Coach of the Year for field hockey in 2023. Lesch has coaches multiple All-Americans and Academic All-Americans.

Her high school student-athletes have gone on to play Division I and III, along with collegiate club, in both lacrosse and field hockey. She is also on staff at Team One Lacrosse Club.

Lesch graduated from Kenyon College in 2000 where she was captain, Second Team Regional All-American and Second Team All-Conference. She holds master's degrees in counseling and sports psychology. She is excited to work with collegiate student-athletes again.
