Olivia Seymour enters her second season as an Assistant Coach for the Williams College women's lacrosse team in 2024.

During her first season, the Ephs went 10-6 overall and 5-5 in the highly-competitive NESCAC on their way to qualifying for the conference postseason tournament. The team defeated then-No. 7 Colby, 10-8, on March 11, 2023, and then-No. 15 Bowdoin, 12-11, in overtime one week later. The 2023 team placed one student-athlete on the NESCAC All-Conference First Team and one on the Second Team.

Seymour graduated from Hamilton College in 2022, where she majored in music and Hispanic studies. Seymour was an integral member of the Continentals' women's lacrosse team for all four years as an attacker.

During the 2022 season as a senior captain, she led the team in points and was second in goals. Seymour helped the team qualify for the NESCAC Tournament and climb to the 12th spot on the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) national rankings in 2022.

Seymour received the Rippey award at the end of her 2022 season as the player who best embodies Mackay Rippey’s legacy with his “mental toughness, competitive spirit, sense of humor and team-first mentality.” She made the IWLCA First Team in 2022 and Second Team in 2021.

In addition to athletic awards, Seymour made the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team for her sophomore, junior and senior year, and the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll for her junior and senior year.

Prior to attending Hamilton, Seymour graduated from Fairfield Warde High School in 2018, where she was a senior captain for the varsity girls' lacrosse team. Seymour started every game for her four years and tallied 98 goals during her career, falling short of 100 after a broken thumb injury in her senior season.

She helped the team qualify for the FCIAC Tournament and the state tournament in Connecticut all four years. Seymour advanced the team to the state championship game her sophomore season where it was runner-up. She made the All-FCIAC Second Team her junior and senior year and was an Academic All-American her senior year.
