Kristin Lough enters her first season as an assistant coach for the Williams College women's volleyball program during the 2026-27 academic year.
Prior to Williams, Lough served as a Graduate Assistant with the The Catholic University of America volleyball program beginning in 2024 while pursuing a Master of Science in Management in Leadership and Management. She graduated in May 2026 and, during her final spring semester she assumed responsibility as the Interim Head Coach, supporting the team through the remainder of the spring semester.
Before joining Catholic, Lough was a three-year member of the Division II volleyball team at Concord University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2024, with concentrations in Education and Social Work. A setter throughout her collegiate career, Lough was recognized for her playmaking ability, strategic mindset, and leadership on the court.
Known for her strong work ethic and dedication to the game, Lough is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the court. Her experience as a player and graduate assistant has shaped her commitment to fostering a competitive, positive team culture while helping student-athletes grow as players, students, leaders, and people.
