Madison Kelsey enters her third season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Williams College volleyball team in 2025.

She previously served as the head coach at Alma College from 2019-22. During Kelsey's time at Alma, she helped to lead five student-athletes to All-MIAA honors. Under the direction of Kelsey, the program achieved 31 overall wins, with 11 victories coming in MIAA play. Her highest season win total was 17.

Prior to taking over the lead role at Alma, Kelsey was the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Tufts University. During her time as the lead assistant, she helped to guide four student-athletes to All-Conference honors. This included the 2018 Rookie of the Year and the All-New England Rookie of the Year. Kelsey also presided over four student-athletes who received All-American honorable mentions, as well as five American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-Region student-athletes. The Jumbos coaching staff was honored with the NESCAC Coaching Staff of the Year Award in 2017. The team was also awarded the AVCA Team Academic Award in the 2017-18 season.

Kelsey played at Alma where she was a member of the varsity team for four seasons. She currently serves as the Academic Engagement Coordinator for Peer Academic Support at Williams.
