was assisted by Coyne and McNamara.
Eph goaltender Betsy Laurin made 22 saves in tonight's loss,
while Bowdoin's Emiliegh Mercer blocked 14 shots.
“It was a great game, really back and forth, a lot of
transition hockey. It was very exciting. I am very proud of my team
and the way they played tonight. They stuck with it and we had a
chance to win going into the third period. I think with the way we
played tonight we have a lot of momentum going into
tomorrow's game,” said Coach Shannon Bryant of the
game.
Still on the road, the Ephs will face-off against Colby College at
3:00 pm tomorrow.
