Box Score RUTLAND, VT - The Williams men's basketball team defeated St. Joseph's (2-3) tonight 80-64. With the win, the Ephs move to 2-1 on the year. Taylor Epley led the Ephs with 20 points. Dre Anderson led all scorers with 27 for St. Joseph's. The Ephs were down early but went on a run in the middle of the first half to go into halftime up 40-32.
The Ephs return to the court on Saturday to take on Little Three rival Wesleyan. Tip-off is set for 4:00 PM.
Said captain Michael Mayer, "We were happy to get a tough road win against a talented St. Joseph's team. We're looking forward to a hard-fought battle on Saturday."
