WILLIAMSTOWN-- The Williams men's squash team fell to a strong Yale team on Friday night 9-0.
Tyler Conroy got off to a good start in his match at number 8. Conroy won his first game 15-13 but could not keep up the momentum, going on to lose the next three.
Taylor Foehl played the match of the night for the Ephs but still came up short. Foehl fell behind 2-0 but fought back to force a fifth game, winning the third game 11-3 and the fourth 11-6.
Though nobody in the top nine left with a win, players outside the top nine thrived, proving the depth of the Williams squad.
Williams will travel to Middlebury College tomorrow, but will play St. Lawerence and Colby. The Ephs match up against the Panthers later this season.
