"I think that's what you are hoping to be at 21 games into the year, but Colby can do that to you," said Eph head coach Kevin App. "They can put up points in a hurry."Oour veteran leadership stepped up and made some plays. Kyle had a big three down the stretch, I thought Marcos Soto and Michael Kempton played one of the best games of their career. They really stepped up, and the guys kept their poise and knew we'd hopefully make some plays down the stretch."

The Ephs finished shooting 60.4% from the field and knocked down 4 of 14 attempts from deep. Kyle Scadlock (26 points, ten rebounds), Bobby Casey (20 points, seven assists) and Matthew Karpowicz (16 points, four rebounds) led the way for the Ephs. The Mules were led by Sean Gilmore (17 points, five rebounds), Sam Jefferson (15 points, six rebounds) and Wallace Tucker (14 points, 7-15 FG).

"I was really really proud of how our group traveled up to Colby," added App. "We're a great team that's playing phenomenal basketball right now and with James Heskett out. I thought our senior class really stepped up and led on the court and then with our energy to find a way to win on the road. Kevin App also wanted to congratulate women's head coach Pat Manning on winning her 500thcareer win.

The Ephs' next game is tomorrow at 3 p.m. at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.
