HADLEY, MASS. – The Williams Men's Cross Country team won their 19
th NESCAC Championship title racing at Wickham Park in Connecticut last Sunday. The winning Eph team also accrued a host of post-season honors.
First year
Grahm Tuohy-Gaydos captured the NESCAC Rookie of the Year award with a fourth place finish overall and he was the second Eph finisher. He is the eighth Williams runner to collect the NESCAC Rookie of the Year honor on the men's side.
Junior
Elias Lindgren let=d the Eph team with a third place finish in 25.11.5 to earn his second NESCAC First Team honor and in 2018 he was the NESCAC Rookie of the Year.
Tuohy-Gaydos' fourth place finish in 25:12.8 overall placed him on the NESCAC First Team as well.
Junior
Will Spollen came in 12
th finishing in 25:34.6 and sophomore Jon Lucey was right behind him in 13rth with a time of 25:37.8 and both claimed NESCAC Second Team honors.
