Carolyn Miles is in her ninth year at Williams College.
Miles' primary duties include the creation, implementation, and supervision of an educational program designed to support student athlete well-being, including extensive collaboration with campus wide departments; organizing the physical education activity class offerings, physical education staff development, and the teaching of Physical Education classes. Miles also oversees the college's swim test requirement for all students.

Miles works closely with the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, the Gaius C. Bolin Chapter within SAAC, the Eph Leadership Academy, the Eph Captains Program, Sophomore Emerging Leaders Program.
Further, Miles coordinates programming with the college's Integrative Well-Being Service to provide support for Eph athletes' mental health and works with the Sexual Assault Prevention program to promote safe partying.
