Scores: Williams 3, Benedictine University 6
Location:Â Clermont, FL
Records:Â Williams 4-4, Benedictine 6-4
The Short Story:Â Three Eph pitchers held the Eagles to just two earned runs and the Ephs had nine hits, but the Eagles were able to take advantage of four Williams errors to take the win.
Coach's Take: "This was the first game in which our defense really struggled. Maya pitched well as the starter we hit well enough to win, but teams need all three pieces to beat good teams. We'll be back tomorrow ready to clean it up."
