WILLIAMSTOWN, MA – Today the Ephs faced a talented Dartmouth team and lost 7-2. There were many close battles up and down the ladder, but ultimately too many slow starts and some tactical errors allowed Dartmouth to take the victory. Unfortunately, this was also Williams's first loss of the year.

Cameron Darnell, who faced a talented opponent and lost 3-0.
Andrew Minnis won his first game 11-9, but some unfortunate bounces and calls at crucial points cost him the next three games 11,9, 11,9, and 11-7. And ending the second round of matches was
Pierce Henderson, who lost his match 3-0.
And starting off the third and final round of matches was
Jack Lee, who had a strong start to his match and won the first 11-5. However, he couldn't hold onto the lead and dropped the next three games. Co-Captain
Udai Pal was determined to put a point on the board for Williams, and he did so with 3-0 win over his opponent. And last on for the day was
John Nicholson, who won the first 11-5, but then could not keep up the pressure and lost the next three games.
It was a frustrating defeat for Williams, but they will keep their head up and their eyes forward to next weekend when they host NESCACS.
