LAKE PLACID, NY- On day two of the NCAA championships, the men and women both skied a 20k mass start classic race, completing four laps of a grueling 5k course. Sophomore Keelan Durham represented the Ephs, skiing hard to put up a strong fight against the best skiers in the nation.
Durham fought hard to a  36th place finish in the last race of the season. "I fought hard out there," said Durham. "The legs were pretty dead but I stuck with it. Huge thanks to the team for coming out and the coaches for an incredible season!" Durham added.Â
With the whole team on course to cheer, the Ephs closed out their season with excitement for their teammate and the seasons to come. "There's nowhere any of us would rather be than out here cheering on our teammate." said senior Lilly Bates. "Today was so awesome to watch and I can't wait to see what the team can do next year," said sophomore Greta Laesch.Â
Thanks to our coaches Steve Monsulick and Annika Martell for a fantastic season. Rock the cow!
