Sophomore Midfielder Claudia Russell Named NESCAC Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week

 
HADLEY, MASS – Williams sophomore midfielder Claudia Russell (Danville, Calf.) totaled eight goals, seven draw controls, two ground balls, and a caused turnover in a 2-0 week for the Ephs.
 
Russell netted a hat trick in a 19-5 win at Colorado College and followed up with five goals, tying her career high, in a 13-9 victory at Bates that extended the Eph win streak to eight.

Thos two wins boosted the Eph team from a ranking of 17th nationally to 14th this week.
