KANSAS CITY, Mo. - After guiding the Williams College women's soccer team to the second round of the NCAA Division III Tournament and the NESCAC Championship, senior captain
Paige Nelson, sophomore
Elizabeth Stophel and first-years
Maya Lloyd and
Lucy Carrel garnered United Soccer Coaches All-Region I laurels.
Stophel was named to the First Team, while Nelson, Lloyd and Carrel earned a spot on the Second Team for the Ephs (13-2-5, 7-1-2 NESCAC). Nelson and Stophel took home 2025 NESCAC All-Conference First Team laurels, while Carrel and Lloyd secured Second Team recognition. Additionally, Lloyd was named the conference's Rookie of the Year.
Lloyd, Stophel and Carrel combined for 21 goals, 12 assists, 54 points and nine game-winning goals this season. Nelson was phenomenal on defense and in the midfield, as the Ephs shut out 12 opponents.
