PRINCETON, N.J. - The Williams College men's squash team traveled to face #7-ranked Princeton University on Friday evening, dropping an 8-1 result. The lone winner for the Ephs was Rafay Syed at #9, who earned a 3-0 victory over his opponent.
A number of Ephs had solid performances against the Tigers, with Will Newton at #5, Causey Green at #7, and Alex Akbari at #4 all taking games off their opponents, Akbari in a lengthy battle.
Williams will be back in action on Saturday, taking on the University of Western Ontario at the University of Pennsylvania at noon. The Ephs will then break until the weekend of January 9-11, when the team plays three home matches in three days.
