Williamstown, MA – The Williams Men's golf team finished T6 over the weekend after three rounds of competition at the NESCAC Championship hosted by the Ephs at Taconic Golf Club.

Owen Nielsen finished at 10-over par 81 while first-year
Jack Estrella came in one shot behind at 11-over par 82 for the day.
Sophomore
Alex Moller rounded out the scoring for the Ephs with a 15-over par 86.
Estrella, Justice, and Moller finished 19th, 20th, and 21st in the individual standings for the weekend.
Eph head coach
Josh Hillman commented on the conclusion of the season for the Ephs: "Today was a tough day for us, we made a few bad swings and it cost us. Playing at home adds some pressure, when you add in the weather and a few bad swings, you start to push for more and that's when the bigger numbers come into play. This spring was a battle, 2 of our 10 players were out for the whole spring season. Phil Clifton, who had never missed an event prior to this spring, and
John Pagano, who won spring qualifying but then injured his back. It's tough when two of your more experienced players are injured. I am extremely proud of what this team has accomplished this year given the uphill battle. With the exception of today, we shot some of our best rounds this spring. We are a young team and this spring was a big learning year for us. We look to be even better next fall."
The Ephs will be back in action in September 2025.
