HADLEY, MASS. – Winning their first NESCAC Championship since 2019 resulted in the Eph staff earning the NESCAC Coaching Staff of the Year honor for 2025.
The Ephs tallied 156 points to win the 2025 NESCAC Women's Track & Field Championship by six points over Amherst at Wesleyan's Andersen Track complex. The victory gave the Ephs their 27th NESCAC Women's Track & Field title.
The Ephs won five events and posted 12 All-NESCAC performances.
Maria Fareti won the shot put with a throw of 12.41 meters and claimed first place in the hammer throw with a mark of 49.02 meters. Teammate
Amelie Jamanka captured the NESCAC title in the high jump with a height of 1.68 meters. On the track,
Rachel Arthur won the 200 meter race with a time of 24.95 and the Williams 4x400 relay of
Claire Jensen,
Cate Donaldson,
Annika Paluska, and
Bella King-Harvey combined for a NESCAC record time of 3:48.13. The Ephs broke the record of 3:49.23 set by Williams in 2024.
The Williams staff is recognized for the 11th time overall and the first time since 2018
