The Short Story:
The Ephs capped off their final regular season games with a sweep in their doubleheader against Hamilton. In Game 1, Sadie Leonard was untouchable, striking out 13 in a complete-game gem. The Ephs broke it open with a five-run fifth inning, fueled by RBI hits from Dani Jackman and Katie Blanch. Game 2 saw Katie Blanch go six strong innings for the win, with Leonard returning to strike out the side in the seventh for the save. Williams erased an early deficit with a fourth-inning rally and pulled ahead in the fifth behind RBI singles from Alysa DeQuiroz and Dani Jackman.
Coach's Thoughts:
Reflecting on the games today Eph head coach Kris Herman said: "We had a lot of crucial moments in these games and a lot of different people step up, which makes it a lot of fun. We're excited for NESCACs next weekend."

Katie Blanch earned the win in the circle, tossing 6 solid innings and keeping Williams in striking distance.

Sadie Leonard slammed the door in the seventh, striking out the side in a dominant 1-2-3 inning to earn the save.

Hamilton jumped out to an early lead in the first, and the Ephs trailed 2–0 until the fourth inning.

Vicky Trujillo Balderas got the offense going with an RBI double, and Blanch followed with a sac fly to even the score at 2–2 in the fourth

Hamilton briefly regained the lead in the top of the fifth with an RBI single, but Williams answered right back

In the bottom of the fifth inning, Alysa DeQuiroz and Dani Jackman each knocked in a run with RBI singles, and Sydney Fleming came home on a wild pitch to give the Ephs a 5–3 advantage

The Continentals added one more run in the sixth and Sidney Miller tacked on an RBI double in the bottom frame to lock in the final score

Lauren Davis led the offense with a stellar day at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a double and scoring twice
