MIDDLEBURY, Vt. - Senior goaltender
Erin Pye of the No. 9-ranked Williams College women's ice hockey team made a game-high 43 saves and earned her fifth shutout of the season during a 0-0 tie against No. 5 Middlebury Saturday evening at the Chip Kenyon '85 Arena.
Pye was outstanding in the 3-on-3 overtime session, as she stopped all eight Panther shots during the five minutes of extra time. The Third Lake, Illinois, native also stopped all three attempts in the shootout, as first-year forward
Savana Littlewood scored in the opening round, giving the Ephs (14-3-5, 7-3-4 NESCAC) a 1-0 victory in the shootout.
Goalie Sophia Will also earned a shutout in net, making 37 stops for the Panthers (15-3-4, 10-1-3 NESCAC). Senior defender
Claire Murphy finished with a game-high 11 shots on goal for the visitors, while Littlewood and sophomore forward
Charlotte Fetherston fired four on target, respectively. Middlebury held a 43-37 advantage in shots on goal.

Skyler Moore went 4-0 on faceoffs, respectively. Pye leads all student-athletes across the NCAA landscape with a .970 save percentage during the 2025-26 season.
The Ephs currently sit in fourth place in the NESCAC standings with 27 points and have two regular-season games remaining at Lansing Chapman Rink, as they host Bowdoin Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 3 p.m. The top-four teams in the conference earn a home quarterfinal-round game on Saturday, Feb. 28.
