Williams Women’s Soccer Earns At Large Bid to NCAA Tournament

WILIAMSTOWN, MASS. – Sarah Raymond's Williams College Women's Soccer team (9-3-5) has earned an At large bid to the NCAA Tournament that will find the Ephs traveling to Mechanicsburg, Pa. and the campus of Messiah University this weekend.

At 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 11 Messiah will host Westfield State. Williams will take on Endicott College at 3:30 PM. Saturday's winners will play on Sunday at 3:00 PM at Messiah.

Eph head coach Sara Raymond stated, "So excited that our journey this year gets to continue and we are one of only 64 teams left in the nation. We travel down to Messiah to take on Endicott in the first round which I am sure will be a competitive game. At this stage, every one of them are. If we are fortunate to move on and face Messiah, this is the team that three of our seniors – Jaquelin Nordhoff, Claire Tolliver and Mirabai Dyson lost to in the Elite 8 to end their freshman season in 2019 so I know they are keen to avenge that result and keep our season going! I am proud of this group for the season we have put together so far and I know that we will be giving our all to keep it going."

Endicott is 13-4-4, champions of the Commonwealth Coast Conference, and they have not lost in their last six outings going 4-0-2. Riley Rischitelli and Grace Jewett are tied for team high in goals scored with 6 and Jewett leads in assists with 5. Goalkeeper Rosalini Caliri has allowed only 11 goals this season and she sports a .833 save percentage and has recorded 55 saves.

The Eph attack features three players with 4 goals each: Jacquelin Nordhoff, Bria Abbiati and Tori Huang. In the goal the Ephs have used both Margaret Huelin and Anna Bozzi-Mackay. Huelin has started all 15 games and has allowed 6 goals in 810 minutes. Her save percentage is .871.Bozzi-Mackay has allowed 4 goals in 760 minutes and she sports a save percentage of .871
