GREENWOOD, IND -- Four members of
Kevin App's 2024-25 Williams Men's Basketball team have been honored for their performance in the classroom and on the court. To be honored as a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honoree a player must be at least a sophomore, meet required participation standards and possess a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50.
Honored this year are the three senior captains
Noah Dinkins,
Evan Glatzer and
Brandon Roughley along with junior
Alex Lee.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's Basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Guard
Noah Dinkins this season started 13 of the 25 games this season and averaged 17.2 minutes, 5 points and 1.9 rebounds per game, while totaling also recording 19 assists, nine steals and six blocks. He scored a career high 23 points, shooting 7 of 14 from the field, 3 of 5 on 3-pointers and 6 for 7 from the foul line, to go along with four rebounds and two steals, at Amherst on Jan. 17.
Guard
Evan Glatzer is being honored as a College Sports Communicators All-District honoree for the second time in his career. This season Glatzer appeared in 21 games and started 18. He dished out 41 assists, grabbed 86 rebounds, notched 17 steals and blocked 12 shots.
Forward
Brandon Roughley started all 25 games this season averaging 9.6 points, collecting 116 rebounds, 50 assists and 21 steals.
Guard
Alex Lee led the Ephs this season in minutes played with 806. His team leading 329 points were highlighted by shooting 42 percent from beyond the three-point arc (42/100) and his 83% success rate from the free throw line (59/71). In addition, he notched 54 assists and 19 steals.
