Senior, Sadie Leonard kept rolling in the circle this past week, picking up their second NESCAC Pitcher of the Week honor of the season while also earning their 50th career win, moving them into third all-time in program history at Williams.
The senior was dominant across four starts and five appearances, tossing 26.1 innings with a 0.53 ERA and racking up 52 strikeouts while allowing just four runs (only two earned). They highlighted the week with a one-hit, 14-strikeout performance in a 2-0 win at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.
Leonard followed that up with another strong outing in a 9-0 win over Pomona-Pitzer, giving up just three hits with no walks and 10 strikeouts in five innings. They closed things out with a win over Cal Lutheran, striking out 13 and allowing four hits in a 7-1 victory.
