Junior Bella King-Harvey was named the NESCAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week on Tuesday following an exceptional performance at Williams' second outdoor meet of the season, the Thrills in the Hills meet hosted in Atlanta, Ga. by Emory University.
King-Harvey, coming off a recent individual second team All-American performance in the indoor 400m and a first team All-American honor as part of the 4x400m relay team, excelled again at both events in Georgia. She finished second in the 400 meters with a time of 55.64, which ranks third in Division III, and also contributed to the 4x400 relay that set a new school record (3:44.26).
The track & field teams will be back in action on Saturday, April 11 at the UMass Flagship Invitational in Amherst.
