WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — The Williams College volleyball program has announced the addition of Kristin Lough to the Eph volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach beginning in the fall of 2026.

Christi Kelsey. "She has a real passion for the game and for coaching which is awesome! We are also excited for the energy, coaching knowledge and perspective she can add to our team to help us continue to grow for the future!"
Lough arrives in Williamstown after spending the past two years with the volleyball program at The Catholic University of America, where she served as a graduate assistant while earning a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Management.
She completed her master's degree in May 2026 and assumed the role of interim head coach during her final semester, helping lead the program through the remainder of the spring season.
Prior to her time at Catholic, Lough was a three-year member of the volleyball program at Concord University where she totaled over 400 assists in her career. A setter throughout her collegiate career, she was known for her playmaking ability, leadership, and high volleyball IQ.
A native of Manassas, Virginia, Lough earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Concord in 2024 with concentrations in Education and Social Work.
Lough brings a passion for student-athlete development and a commitment to building a competitive, supportive team culture. Drawing from her experiences as both a collegiate student-athlete and coach, she is dedicated to helping players grow on the court while supporting their development as students, leaders, and individuals.
