Senior Haley McAuslin registered her second career game-winning goal for the Ephs (1-0, 1-0 NESCAC) in a 2-0 season-opening triumph against defending NESCAC champion and then-fifth-ranked Bates Sunday at Williamson Field. She buried a turnaround shot into the bottom right corner with 8:55 on the scoreboard in the third quarter, giving Williams a 1-0 advantage on her eighth career goal.
