Yturralde adds, "Coming into today we knew that there was work to be done if we wanted to win. We knew that the course was score-able, we just needed to give it our all. That's exactly what we did today. I couldn't be prouder of the team and the energy that we gave each other while playing."
The team hopes to take this key momentum into the Amherst Invitational next weekend at The Orchards Golf Club. They continue to prepare for the NESCAC Championships, happening right at home at Taconic Golf Club on April 29th-30th.
