Noah Phipps '25 and Ben Floyd '25 Named to First and Second All-NESCAC Teams, Respectively

Noah Phipps '25 and Ben Floyd '25 have been named to the First and Second All-NESCAC teams, respectively.

When asked about his choices for the two honorees, Head Coach Marc Mandel has this to say: "It's challenging to select just one or two athletes to represent Williams Men's Crew on the All-NESCAC team, as we have many deserving rowers and coxswains who could easily earn this recognition.  That said, I've been struck by both Noah and Ben's positive impact on our team over the course of their time at Williams. Noah came to Williams as a bit of an unknown entity as a rower, and he quickly emerged as a bonafide boat mover and team leader.  Ben has battled various injuries that predate his time at Williams. More than any athlete I have ever coached, Ben's relentless investment in prehab and rehab has made it possible for him to continue his rowing career at an extremely high level. He has been an incredible role-model for his teammates in this regard."
