FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - After helping lead the Williams College men's and women's swimming & diving teams to a combined 10 NESCAC Championships during her first seven years from 2018-25, assistant coach
Allie Clark was named a 2025 TYR "30 Under 30" award recipient by the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA).

This award recognizes exceptional young coaches who represent the future of the swimming profession. These outstanding individuals will receive a full registration grant to attend the 2025 ASCA World Clinic, the premier annual event for coaching education and professional development.
During Clark's time in Williamstown, Massachusetts, the men's team has won all six NESCAC Titles in 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. The women emerged victorious in 4-of-6 championships, earning first-place laurels in 2019, 2020, 2024 and 2025.
The Northfield, Minnesota, native has earned four NESCAC Coaching Staff of the Year awards, collecting the honor on both the men's and women's sides in 2024 and 2025. During her time as an Eph, the women's team concluded its 144 dual-meet winning streak, ranging from Jan. 19, 2008 - Jan. 17, 2025.
Clark served as the acting head coach for the programs during the 2024 fall semester, as head coach
Steve Kuster was on sabbatical leave. She joined the Eph staff in the fall of 2018 after serving for a year as an assistant coach at Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota. At Macalester, she coached swimmers of all disciplines, assisted with recruitment and managed team social media.
Prior to Macalester, Clark was a four-year member of the Carleton College swimming & diving program. She was elected as a captain, a conference finalist and an All-Conference honoree. Clark graduated from Carleton in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Clark also has coaching experience at the club and camp levels. She was an assistant swim coach for the Northfield Bullsharks for four years and has coached for two summers at the Stanford Swim Camp.
