HADLEY, MASS. -- Kedar Veeraswamy plays first base for the Williams College baseball team. The Charleston, S.C. native is an English major with a concentration in Justice & Law Studies. During the fall and winter seasons, Veeraswamy works as a color commentator on the webcasts of the Williams football and ice hockey games.
The rising senior is a member of the Williams Environmental Council and writes a column for
The Record, the school newspaper.
Veeraswamy is spending the summer working as an intern in branded content for Omaha Productions, a sports media and development firm owned by NFL Hall of Famer Peyton Manning. In that role, Veeraswamy is assisting the branded content team with designing and airing commercials, digital clips, and corporate partnerships with Omaha Productions' many sponsors and affiliates.
Veeraswamy's work in the Williams Sports Information Office helped him prepare for the opportunity.
