GREENSBORO, NC -- The 2025 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Div. III All-Region teams and Regional Players of the Year have been announced in all 10 regions. The teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the
ABCA NCAA Div. III All-America & Coach of the Year Committee.
Senior catcher and captain Henry Jaun, senior pitcher/infielder
James O'Connor and sophomore pitcher/infielder Own McHugh were honored this season.
Juan this season played in 34 games and hit .341. 15 of his hits were doubles. He belted 4 home runs and drove in 30 runs.
O'Connor started in 35 games this season and compiled a .323 batting average that featured a team high 8 home runs and his 41 RBIs were second best on the team. Primarily a first baseman, on the mound O'Connor recorded 7 strikeouts in the 4 innings he pitched.
McHugh played in 26 games with a .276 batting average and he was successful on 7 of 9 stolen base attempts while playing multiple infield positions.
On the mound McHugh started 8 games, pitched 39.2 innings and came on in relief in one game. This season he won 3 games and lost 1. He rang up a team high 53 strikeouts.
