WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. - The Williams College women's ice hockey team will test itself right off the bat during the 2025-26 season.
It all begins with a two-game series against Little Three-opponent Amherst on Friday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 15, at 3 p.m., with both games taking place at Lansing Chapman Rink.

"I am super excited for this upcoming season and cannot wait to see how we stack up against Amherst for the first home-opening weekend in mid-November," said captain
Leah Rubinshteyn '26, who was named to the NESCAC All-Conference First Team at the end of the 2023-24 season. "Even just a couple days into the official season, the intensity at practices has been electric as we continue building chemistry with one another throughout the year. Although the roster size is on the smaller side this year, I have a great feeling about this group of girls and the impact we will have on the ice."
Head Coach
Meghan Gillis enters her 15th season as the leading voice of the program, as she has the most victories in program history with 152. She guided the Ephs to NESCAC Championships in 2014 and 2019 at Lansing Chapman Rink, as those teams made the second and third NCAA Tournament appearances, respectively, in team history.
During the 2024-25 season, the Ephs finished with a 12-12-1 overall record and defeated five ranked opponents, including then-No. 1 Middlebury, No. 8 Plattsburgh State, No. 13 Trinity, No. 14 Norwich and No. 15 Colby. At the conclusion of the season, goalie
Erin Pye '26 was named to the NESCAC All-Conference Second Team for the second consecutive season.
