HADLEY, Mass. - After stopping 88-of-90 shots for a .978 save percentage during a pair of games against No. 2-ranked Amherst Friday evening and Saturday afternoon at Lansing Chapman Rink, senior goaltender
Erin Pye of the Williams College women's ice hockey team was named NESCAC Player of the Week Monday afternoon by the conference office.
Pye has received this honor four times during her brilliant collegiate career, while she has also been named to the NESCAC All-Conference Second Team during the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons.
During a 1-1 season-opening tie against the Mammoths Friday, she stopped 51-of-52 shots for a .981 save percentage. The Third Lake, Illinois, native made 22 stops in the third period and another eight during the five-minute overtime session.
