IWLCA Academic Honor Roll Release
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. - The Williams College women's lacrosse team got the job done in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year, as the Ephs were named an Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Squad and 11 student-athletes earned Division III Academic Honor Roll status.
To qualify for the Honor Squad award, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the past academic year. To be eligible for individual Honor Roll recognition, student-athletes must be a junior, senior or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.

Claudia Russell '25 (English),
Grace Collier '25 (biology/economics),
Anna Miller '26 (psychology),
Grace Rebak '26 (biology/neuroscience),
Katy McCullough '26 (economics/psychology),
Jade Lowe '26 (biology) and
Claire Newhall '25 (political economy) collected Academic Honor Roll laurels. Collier, Russell, Landau and Newhall earned the award for the second consecutive season.
During the 2025 season, the Ephs defeated then-No.11-ranked Pomona-Pitzer, 16-6, on March 26 in Claremont, California, and outlasted No. 15 Trinity, 11-5, on March 21 in Hartford, Connecticut. From March 21-29, Williams won four consecutive games, outscoring its opponents, 52-21.
Donohue (35 goals, 11 assists) and Russell (26 goals, 13 assists) led the charge on offense, while goalie
Caroline Pratt '25 led the NESCAC in save percentage (.529) and saves per game (9.06). Day ranked third in the conference in caused turnovers per game (1.88), while
Juliet Kilborn '27 recorded the fourth-most draw controls (84).
Pratt, who earned one IWLCA Division III National Defensive Player of the Week honor and one NESCAC Player of the Week award this past season, was named to the IWLCA's All-American Second Team. Collier and Pratt garnered IWLCA All-Berkshire Region First Team honors, while Day and Russell represented the program on the Second Team. Pratt took home NESCAC All-Conference First Team honors, with Russell and Collier grabbing spots on the Second Team.
